Implementation of the project “Promoting the development of non-technological innovations of UAB “OAK9 Entertainment” by financing investments in design, process/organizational innovations that increase the company’s integration into international value chains”

UAB “OAK9 Entertainment” allocated EUR 81,789 in funding for project no. 02-040-K-0107 “Promoting the development of non-technological innovations of UAB “OAK9 Entertainment” by financing investments in design, process/organizational innovations that increase the company’s integration into international value chains” under the “Non-technological innovations” measure. The value of the project is EUR 174,720.

The main goal of the project is to create and introduce new product designs to the market, thus increasing the company’s export volumes and implement process/organizational innovations in the company, thereby increasing the company’s involvement in international value chains. This project aims to ensure effective and sustainable business development by implementing flexible process management and original design solutions. The intended innovations are focused on the comprehensive efficiency of management and organizational processes. The main goal of these innovations is to create a business environment where processes are not only efficient, but also flexible enough to quickly adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs. The company’s project aims to implement and improve process management methods that would provide an opportunity to dynamically change the course of services taking into account changes in the foreign market and individual orders.

The project was launched in November 20, 2024 and will be implemented by November 16, 2026.

The project is co-financed by the European Union.
